Bun X at Micawbers

Bloody amazed by how great BunX is. The burgers were absolutely spectacular. Such a lovely space with great vibes, and most importantly.. great food!!! Beef, or chicken, they’re both brilliant choices with an array of enticing dips! INCLUDING RANCH!! (To die for) The staff were fantastic, and friendly. Definitely made us feel extremely welcome. They were very understanding with dealing with a gluten allergy on our booking, even a bunless burger was a delicious choice, with all the salad and smashed patties. I could go on and on. Bottom line is.. try it for yourself and I promise you that you won’t be disappointed, trust me. These guys know how to do burgers. We’re definitely going again next week when we’re next in Norwich.

I have been wanting to come here for a while. We had a lovely warm welcome on a dark damp night. Warm environment with a young vibe and good music. The burgers are nice but can be a little hard to eat with their size and wetness. Very enjoyable meal and look forward to returning in the future.

Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous burgers and lovely service from the whole team. Had a feast tray with chicken tenders and pork burnt ends; 10/10 !!! Saw another table having the meringue mess and had to also give it a go… no regrets, absolutely lovely. Deserves all the 5* reviews.

We often come to Bun X and get their takeaways as well, I’ve never had bad food here, it very quickly became mine and my husbands favourite restaurant a long time ago. We visited today for the first time on a Sunday and it was so good, we loved the carvery feast trays, their stuffing balls are *chefs kiss* and the Crumble Crib berrylicous crumble was the perfect finish, my husband hates fruit and even he loved it. Aside from the food, the staff are so attentive and lovely, I don’t think there’s anywhere else that has this level of service. Can’t wait for our next visit. Big love 🩷

We went for our first visit and this place is amazing. Excellent service. Food was superb. We went for the classic burgers and the share tray. So we also had two loads of loaded fries. And a dessert to share as we had eaten too much. All of it was perfect. And all for a reasonable price. I will be going back! Thanks for a lovely evening.

The best meal we have ever had! We visited today, as an early anniversary meal and after lots of recommendations we finally got round to getting booked in. We also won a £19 voucher in one of their social media competitions and we couldn’t be more grateful! We were welcomed by amazing staff and seated next to the chef station which we loved watching how they worked so well together and the banter they had with each other and most importantly how they created their amazes dishes! Food was sensational, we had an infamous feast tray, with a triple b burger and a No 52 burger, cheese doughnuts, nuggs with bourbon BBQ sauce and fries. Every mouthful was flavour filled and heavenly! We moved onto dessert. We had the pan fried ice cream sando and meringue mess again these were incredible! We will definitely be visiting again and telling everyone we know about this little gem.

Best burgers my family and I have eaten! Lovely restaurant and brilliant service.. 5* decent hot sauce selection also 😀
